The company was established on the basis of repair shop of mechanical and thermal devices of Kombinat Magnezit. The decision to create this company was made in January 31, 2006. The company is situated in the town Satka and has 2 subsidiaries in Chelyabinsk and Novokyznetsk. Magnezit Montazh Servis has 2 departments: for refractory and for assembly operations.

The company offers a large number of different services, including design works of thermal units, surveying works, installation of refractories with productivity (refractories supply by conveyor) 90-120 tons per day, (refractories feeding by loader) - 80-90 tons per day.
